Upcoming volunteer opportunities:

1. Potluck for teachers during conferences

Kellogg PTSA is continuing the tradition of providing food for teachers during conferences. For more information or to sign up for a slot, please visit our sign up page.

2. Scholastic Book Fair setup and support:

Sign ups coming soon! We’re looking for help with setting up the books and support during the sale - cashiering and helping students find books.

3. Free Food Market - November 21 and December 19

Cristina from Kellogg SUN is looking for volunteers to help with the monthly free food market. It takes place in front of the school each month, and is open to the public, With increased demand for food, volunteers are more needed than ever. Contact Cristina for more information or to sign up to volunteer..

Ongoing opportunities:

1. Assist with pantry shopping hours

Pantry open for shopping from 4-6 PM twice a week when school is open. 2025 dates:
- November 7, 10, 14, 18, 21
- December 2, 5, 9, 12, 15, 19

We also need help with stocking and organizing the pantry. Email Renee if you’d like to help.
If you’d like to donate, we are looking for unexpired shelf stable food and hygiene items/toiletries. Donations can be dropped off in the front office and will be added to our pantry and supply for shopping and weekly backpacks!

2. Interested in joining the PTSA?

Membership and volunteer sign ups are in the back to school packet going home with your student. You can also join online. Membership is currently $15/year and scholarships are available.

3. Kellogg PTSA Bottle Drop Fundraiser
